For 99% of you, a good offer your audience actually wants + a good funnel is the only thing stopping you from scaling your ecom brand

Want to grow on X? Stop being so f*cking boring! By that I mean: - Stop with the obvious Ai posts - Stop with the Ai replies - Stop with the one word replies - Share your personality time to time. In short: be a human!

Your ads are getting skipped... and it's not because your research is bad or your copy sucks. It's because your execution is terrible. You don't relate to the customer at all. Your visuals don't grab the right person's attention. You're not giving them a reason to stop scrolling. - No open loop. - No pattern interrupt. Nothing that makes them think 'wait... this is for me. If you want to scale past your current ceiling, stop blaming your research. Fix your execution. That's where a lot of money gets made.

I post on X every day. Why? Because someone who needs what I sell is scrolling right now. And if I'm not in their feed - My competitor is. Don't post for engagement. Post for visibility. Every post is a billboard. Some people see it today. Some save it for later. But if I'm not posting, I'm invisible. And invisible doesn't pay bills.

I have less than 1k followers But I still sign 8 figure clients through organic content. →You don't need 10k followers to make money on 𝕏 You just need tweets that prove your competence

The ad that made me the most money had no music, no fancy editing, and was filmed on an iPhone. Go figure.

when you launch a product, saas, community, consumer app, whatever. try to get your product hated on. hate points you the right direction. silence kills you.

People who got clients from X did these things: Posted when no one liked Posted when no one replied Posted when it felt pointless Posted the next day anyway Then the next Then the next. People who didn't get clients stopped doing that That's the whole list

i see a lot of builders on my timeline tweaking their landing pages, adding new features, working on website performance, adjusting pricing thinking that will help to attract more people on the website. it won’t. these are good things to improve, but not in the beginning. in the early stages of your startup you should focus on finding sustainable channels to attract more visitors to your website consider it as a filter for cutting things off. improving your landing page can potentially increase your conversion rate, but it won‘t make you bank if you have 100 visitors per day. instead, focus on getting 10x more daily visitors. optimizing small things should be done once you already have solid traffic and you can do proper A/B testing

@kylegawley fast gets misinterpreted when the trend began. fast means get your inputs done in the most efficient way possible and prioritize items. people's fast is actually "too fast"

I'm building a tool that finds founders the moment they launch on X… and lets you contact them instantly. Here’s how it works 👇 1/8

Never build multiple brands at once. Trust me, just don't do it. I've got majority equity in Craftd which allows me to focus on the golden egg. Minority in a few now and it's bliss. Being pulled all over the show is a fast way to make them all fail.

ai statics are clogging ad space. if you can do 1000 in an hour a smarter, higher resource brand, can do 3000 in an hour. UGC is the only differentiator.

Easiest way to know if a closer is actually good: Put them on cold traffic Warm leads hide skill Cold paid traffic will tell you exactly what someone is worth in about 30 days or less and there's really no way around that

If you thought AI was moving fast from January until now you’ve got no idea It’s going even faster than I had guessed at the start of 2025 You’ve got probably 6 months to catch up before a real gap starts being created from those using it vs not
