@LNRailway your service is appalling. In the last 6 days I have travelled 8 times and experienced travel disruption to 7 out of the 8 journeys. It causes passengers so much stress. None of your staff appear to care.

@LNRailway I think given the disruption both today and yesterday your managers should be at Northampton Station and apologising. I don’t want goodies. I want a rail service that works properly. This service is unacceptable.

@LNRailway your trains are not fit for purpose, once again we are delayed at Northampton due to a fault on one of your very old trains. You show an utter contempt for customers. Appalling service.

@LNRailway This doesn’t help the fact that your customers need to get to work on time. The stress that your service causes people on a nearly daily basis is appalling. @LNRailway should be ashamed of themselves. The lack of communication with customers is so poor and the service terrible.

@easyJet your service is absolutely appalling, no support or help for people on 2 flights to the U.K. from Berlin. An absolute shambles. I expect a full refund of the 422 euros I had to pay to get a new flight. Appalling.

@LNRailway your service is shocking, this morning on the train from Northampton not even the drivers and conductor knew which train they were working on. Not their fault at all, entirely the company’s. It’s so expensive for this terrible service. Sort it out!!!

@LNRailway we have been waiting on a cold platform at London euston for over 20 mins waiting for the doors to open. There are several elderly people. Who are having to stand in the cold. A farcical service.
