@AirbnbHelp Abroad in Argentina. Flight canceled → late arrival. Airbnb host refusing check-in despite listing only saying “check-in after 3pm” (no time limits disclosed) and won’t release the key to a local contact. Traveling with a 3-year-old and left without accommodation. This is insane

Sometimes, people create fake social media accounts designed to look like Airbnb's. These accounts can be used to try to obtain personal information. If you encounter an account that looks like Airbnb's, but asks for confidential information, be cautious and DM @AirbnbHelp
