According to the United Airlines diversity report, 80% of their newest pilots are women or people of color. It’s statistically impossible to do this without doing something ILLEGAL. From @eyeslasho: “United Airlines partners with three HBCUs to help it recruit blacks into its diversity-oriented flight school. These type of stories are what make the US team hard to root for. For one week every 104 can it just be about the love of sport and competition? Everything always devolves into money with the modern American “star” professional and it stinks.
