On a scale of 1-10, how confident are you in Charlotte FC's current roster's ability to make the playoffs heading into the season?

@BillDA I’m currently tracking about 500 properties and am seeing a ton of this too. And likewise it’s skewed towards vacation markets. I think we saw a big rush into Airbnb with COVID demand and we’re seeing a pullback now. Lots of sellers cutting price, very few raising them now.

Cracks are showing in the real estate market. I’ve been tracking vacation house prices in a few markets, and this is the story almost everywhere. Listed high, cut, cut, cut. Every cycle it’s always the vacation homes that come down to earth first, then “normal” markets next. Unless you’re in an urban market with fundamental supply or demand pressure, the combo of high rates and a softening economy is pressuring prices. If you’re frustrated about housing affordability lately - I think the next 12-18 months is going to afford some opportunity.

@Topbin90 D at best. We got older and slower. At least got a young keeper though. I know nothing about the GK but hopefully he can develop here. Arfield is a 1-2 year rental and doesn’t seem much of an upgrade. I’d rather they play Bender - he can take guys on, score.

Malanda's speed concerns me when Lindsay is upfield hence wanting Tuiloma on that side and Bronico having more holding responsibility. Hey just my opinion though ;)
