Just to balance things out for Med Students and Juniors: I love my job. I love my specialty (gastroenterology and clinical nutrition). I work in a functional department with decent people who have my back, and I theirs. It’s not all doom and gloom.

@jim_crawfurd It makes me feel desperately powerless and vulnerable. I feel hugely distrustful of medical services when I hear all this insistence on CPR, suspicion that I don't understand what I'm doing, claims I'm being "unfair" on staff by exercising my right to refuse.
