Jordan Clarkson's return to Utah tonight makes it pretty clear that the Jazz need an official team hall of fame. Guys like Clarkson, D-Will, Boozer, AK47, Thurl, Ingles, Rickey Williams and others who will never have their numbers retired should still be honored by the franchise.
