@jonthedots I was genuinely taken aback when I managed to book four BA flights yesterday on a first attempt. Some kind of fluke I’m sure. And no doubt I won’t be able to check in or get my boarding pass when I actually travel.

The BA web and app platform is the worst of all airlines.. you can advertise all you like, but when hardly anything works, your brand is damaged. Not many brands create their own leaky bucket strategy, seems BA is one of them. #brand #marketing #airline #customerexperience

I picked up a Vision Pro Friday night for work (no issues buying late on the first day without a preorder. When was the last time this was true for an Apple launch?). This may be the only weekend I get to use it at home, so I’ve been wearing it for hours and hours non-stop.
