@ggeemonty @HM_Passport Completely agree and this is what I am trying to point out. Others have posted their timelines here and it just seems so varied. 3 weeks after receiving the paperwork, they are only now "processing" them. Really disappointing :(

@HM_Passport @jontologist The standard reply of allowing 10 weeks . Why should some applications be processed quicker. If there are problems with an application surely that should be conveyed to the applicant.

I thought NHS Staff had free access to @Headspace ? Did the registration with my work e-mail and applied for the discount but my subscription just got renewed and my account’s been billed. 🤷🏻‍♀️
