So true! Abstracts are a great way to start our path to academia or fellowship but there should be a limit. I’ll never forget when someone tweeted they had 12 abstracts accepted (!!!). That, to me, is a red flag. 1 or 2 should be more than enough.

Adding tucatinib to 1L maintenance HP led to an 8.6 month improvement in PFS in HER2+ disease in #HER2CLIMB-05. 🔹A greater PFS benefit was seen in HR- disease. 🔹No difference in CNS PFS was observed but a doubling of CNS PFS in patients with baseline brain metastases. 🔹Preliminary OS data suggests a positive trend towards benefit of the combination.
