Just finished my Master's Thesis! 👨‍🎓 Modified a DDPM to support multi-label conditioning with AdaGN for face gen tasks using CelebA-Dialog dataset. Outperformed Stable Diffusion Nano fine-tuned with LoRA as VAE was sub-optimal for 64x64 images #DiffusionModels #StableDiffusion

LDM3D: Latent Diffusion Model for 3D proposes a Latent Diffusion Model for 3D (LDM3D) that generates both image and depth map data from a given text prompt, allowing users to generate RGBD images from text prompts. The LDM3D model is fine-tuned on a dataset of tuples containing an RGB image, depth map and caption, and validated through extensive experiments. Also develop an application called DepthFusion, which uses the generated RGB images and depth maps to create immersive and interactive 360-degree-view experiences using TouchDesigner paper page: huggingface.co/papers/2305.10…

Can a diffusion model replicate emergent behaviors when trained for multi-agent simulations? Would it generalize better if trained with a variety of simulations? Btw the dataset is available on HuggingFace bit.ly/40Dwgv4 (4/4)

The big problem here is that doing this requires a specific dataset for each simulation. To avoid doing a complete simulation you have to make hundreds or thousands of complete simulations. Not sure it's really worth it although it seems like an interesting application (3/4)

Diffusion models can act as a low-fidelity short-term simulators. I think this can be useful for "previewing" very expensive simulations: large fluid simulations, complex systems, multi-agents, etc (1/4) #DiffusionModels #PyTorch #GenerativeAI
