President Trump’s reckless actions towards Venezuela are pushing America closer and closer to another costly foreign war. Under our Constitution, Congress has the sole power to declare war — not the President — and Congress has not authorized the use of military force against Venezuela. Americans are tired of endless foreign wars that cost the lives of countless American servicemembers and drain precious resources. This is not an America First policy. We need Republicans and Democrats in Congress to come together to return the power to declare war back to the people.

@_leulan I agree. You get to have a conversation. Dinner dates have too much at steak. One needs to dress up and put up a show. Talking while eating is also difficult. There is a sense of commitment on both ends as well. Afternoon coffee dates and then a small walk of all goes well.

I guess I misunderstood your comment. I thought you meant having the ability to change the legal and political system was a low bar. Btw I am also frustrated with the deteriorating situation with healthcare, immigration, drugs, crime and education. However Canada has a system that allows anyone to start from zero and prosper. We should aim higher, but let's also appreciate what we have.

@josephkibur I mean simply "not being in a state of civil war and famine" is a low bar to aspire to as a country. I think we can and should do a little bit better than that. And good for you, but what does your company valuation have to do with it? Such a strange comment.

As an entrepreneur I built a $200m company and employed over 150 Canadians. Is this your definition a "weak Canadian?
