When the streetcar in #Milwaukee was first proposed, it wasn’t called “The Hop.” It was called “The Connector.” Why? Downtown development - much of it around The Hop stations - now totals more than $3.5 billion, with more under construction. Development density, diversity, discovery — all on the rise.
