Here’s what you should do For the next 3 trading days, your goal is NOT to make money. Your goal is to execute your plan correctly. . Cut your normal risk in half. If you normally risk 1%, risk 0.5% or less until confidence returns. . Judge yourself by process, not outcome. A losing trade that followed your plan is a good trade. A winning trade taken randomly is a bad trade. . Start with a small target Take ONE high-quality trade. Build trust with yourself again. The market will always give more opportunities. Your job is not to catch every move; it is to protect your capital and execute with discipline. You already proved you can identify good setups — you said you’ve missed three this week. That means your edge is still there. Now we rebuild the confidence to act on it, one disciplined trade at a time.

Most traders don't lose because they lack knowledge. They lose because they abandon their plan the moment emotions take over. Discipline is an edge. Consistency isn't built by winning every trade—it's built by making the right decision, over and over again.
