@oak_raj @avshah99 @johnjhorton We have (we think) an ambitious agenda in the paper! (p30) The success of pro se cases is *very* limited (under a strict definition, barely visible) and hardly improving (if settlements = weak wins). Represented parties almost certainly achieve better outcomes (win more)!

Intense paper. The only way forward is for the legal system to start using AI in case processing. But we might need to see case resolution grind to a halt before anyone is willing to adapt
