The incident involved a disruptive 31 year old man named Nelson Montgomery, who caused chaos upon landing. A passenger was asked to provide medical aid to Montgomery, who was already bleeding from his neck. However, the situation escalated dangerously when Montgomery grabbed a flight attendant and put her in a chokehold. He held a shard of broken glass against her neck and threatened to harm her by cutting off her head if anyone came close. In response to the threat, eight individuals collaborated to subdue Montgomery until law enforcement arrived. The police took him into custody for his actions during the flight.
