@Inc @MarcelSchwantes Question 3 in your article looks Hypothetical to me, which you say should be avoided. I don’t think your binary view of interview questions is helpful. A blend of questions feels more realistic given that many scenarios in knowledge based work are ambiguous and unknown.

My Mom's pulmonologist is a legend. Led the Covid team at Constantiaberg - worked 77 days straight until he ended up in ICU for 11 days where it was touch & go. Will only get back to work next year as still recovering (lack of energy, memory issues, etc). Our doctors are amazing.
