I tried my first order with @hungryroot and I have never been more disappointed by a service. It's been two days and no sign of my order or any update on its delivery. Absolutely terrible
@hungryroot I've sent two support requests but no one seems to be able track down my order. I was told I was refunded but I don't see the refund either. I can't do you because I'm not a premium x user
If I was as bad at customer support as @FedEx, I would have no customers. Apparently, if they deliver your package to the wrong house, it's either up to you to figure out what house it is based on the fuzzy image provided or just never get the thing.
My husband has been on hold with @Microsoft for over 5 hours to activate a Windows license that he owns. That's on top of the week long saga of trying to get the key to work. Why is @Microsoft help so awful?

I'm trying to do my saturday run on my @NordicTrack treadmill, but I can't load my programmed run because the stupid @iFit app isn't working because their website is down. Not the greatest customer experience. I wonder if @onepeloton has these types of issues?
