If you have kids in high school - encourage them to consider skipping college and going into training for the trades: General contractor, framing, roofing, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, foundations, tile work, kitchens Almost no one is available So hard to get anyone to call you back Insanely high prices quoted If they go to college that costs $100-300k, will they have jobs when they graduate or will AI & tech continue to replace workers?
