The best hitters I’ve worked with know how to reset before each pitch.
Comment “3” for my ‘3 Step Checklist to Master The Time Between Pitches’ 📈
Not before each at bat, or game. Each pitch.
Not just mechanically, mentally, too.
You can’t hit with a crowded head.
Let the last pitch or at-bat go.
One pitch at a time.
One slow breath at a time.
One simple thought at time.

Now, go win.

Save this for when you need it.

@TwinsGeek I am so thankful for this post. I felt alone and that I had mismanaged things somehow. Like many in the comments, I had 1-2 items I was “saving” for only to see them sold out, but holding out with the idea that of course I could always just grab concessions cash if necessary…no

You can’t make it up. 🙄 All year, #MNTwins “members” can scan purchases & earn reward points that can be redeemed for stuff. All year, that’s included a concession gift card, so kinda getting money back. But for this last 10-game homestand? It’s disappeared. Enjoy the yearbook.

The profile pic was a pretty girl. The DM seemed harmless - “hey.” For Jordan DeMay, among a targeted group of teen boys, often high school athletes, this was danger coming in the middle of the night to his small, remote town. espn.com/high-school/st…

Struggling to stay on the ball? You’re not alone.
Reply “Stay On It” and I’ll send it straight to your DMs.
Flying open… pulling off… missing pitches you should crush — it all comes back to one thing: your ability to stay on the ball.
Fixing this means:
• More barrels
• Better adjustability
• Hitting offspeed without guessing
• Driving the ball to all fields
I made a video breaking down 4 simple ways to improve this fast — things you can start working on today + use in the game!
Stop pulling off pitches you should be hammering.

@AaronGleeman Thanks. That was understood, it just seemed like a ghost town with under an hour and no one was pitching or stretching.
Took on Bricksworth today per yours and the Geek’s ads. Solid experience and location.

@AaronGleeman
Is there a reason it’s 5:19 and there isn’t a single Twins player on the field?
Not like showing up has been a habit of late…but are they protesting? No Correa? Workload of two weeks too much?

@Patrick_Reusse They’re in Chicago, wouldn’t another fitting option be “Pablo and Festa, and hope for the best-a?”

Young ball players are notorious for being bad self evaluators (I definitely was in my younger years). Learning the right questions to ask and being honest with ourselves is a must.
Listed are a few questions I would suggest going over be it personally, from coach to player or parent to player. Make sure our attention is where it needs to be.
Comment “Evaluate” for the link to this on our website.
