My point is that there is a lot covered by a thumb that we can't see.

Having complications since surgery. Unfortunately it may mean I have to go back into surgery. Going to try some new meds and go from there in a few weeks. Fingers crossed. I’m just so tired. 😭

So, I get those 3# bags of pulled rotisserie chicken meat. Take a pound of that, mix with a cup of rice and some steamed veggies. Divide, and you have 4-6 lunches. Same with a couple of pounds of ground beef, rice, and some Rotel. They have individually sealed filets of salmon, Mahi, cod, etc. One filet, add some steamed veggies. Egg whites by the carton make high-protein breakfast meals. 18-packs of Okios 0-0-0. Box of these make for healthy snacks...
It's all there. Just have to put in the effort and commit.
