Here for the news. Hopefully what I read here is closer to the truth than what’s offered to us on MSM.

Imagine you're about to fire an employee who's been stealing from you for years.
You don't send in the guy from legal with a stack of complaints. Nah, you send in the nicest manager in the building. The one everybody likes. The one who always gives second chances.
And you tell him: "Go sit with them. See if they'll stop."
But you already know they won't stop. Then, why bother? well, because now the entire office watched the nice guy try, and the entire office watched them spit in his face, while pocketing a stapler before ducking out early.
That's what Trump just did with JD Vance.
Vance is the most diplomatic voice in the administration. Iran literally requested him by name. He represents the faction inside the US government that genuinely wanted to exhaust every option before escalation. Democrats, Republicans, and a huge chunk of the American public share that instinct.
So Trump sent him. Not because he thought Iran would fold. Because he needed the world to watch Iran refuse the one guy everybody agreed was fair.
And now? Nobody can say the US sent hawks to sabotage peace. Nobody can say Iran wasn't given a real chance. The man who wanted peace the most walked into that room, and Tehran flipped the table with the cameras rolling.
Twenty minutes later Trump announced a full naval blockade of the Strait of Hormuz.
And if you still had any doubt about what Iran actually wants... they told you. Out loud. At the negotiating table.
They refused to stop funding Hamas. They refused to stop funding Hezbollah. They refused to stop funding the Houthis.
They refused to stop enriching uranium, and they refused to open the Strait without charging a $2 million toll per ship in crypto, like some dark web scammer.
They didn't just reject peace. They handed the world a signed confession that the regime's real priorities are nukes, terrorism, and extortion. In that order.
Iran didn't lose a negotiation. Iran lost the argument.

I don’t know why it shocks me that you’re all so nasty. It invalidates any opinion you have to share back. It was just an observation. Not an attack on any of you. No foul language. No personal attacks. The last few years showed us that anything can be true or not. But you all have to get ugly and throw insults. Grow up and act like adults or keep scrolling if you can’t handle grown up conversation.
English

@Knesix @thespicypatriot And it also showed that JD Vance may not be as effective in getting a deal done. May not be as strong of a president as DJT in the future and he’s showing us that as well.

@jred6391 @PrometheanActn Well, my brother works for NASA through a subcontractor and he wouldn’t lie to me. Artemis II is real and successful. But every “Party” needs a pooper……..

In about 90 seconds, Victor Davis Hanson — classicist, military historian, Hoover Institution senior fellow — walked through the end of the 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭-𝟏𝟗𝟒𝟗 𝐀𝐭𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫 and the beginning of what replaces it. He did it by ventriloquizing the exact conversation American leaders are no longer willing to have with European capitals.
“𝘖𝘩, 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘶𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘨𝘰 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘰 𝘜𝘬𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘦 𝘢𝘨𝘢𝘪𝘯 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘥𝘦𝘧𝘦𝘯𝘥 𝘺𝘰𝘶? 𝘉𝘶𝘵 𝘜𝘬𝘳𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘦’𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘢 𝘕𝘈𝘛𝘖 𝘱𝘰𝘸𝘦𝘳. 𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦’𝘴 𝘯𝘰 𝘈𝘳𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘭𝘦 5. 𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘪𝘴 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘣𝘭𝘦𝘮. 𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘪𝘴 𝘰𝘯 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘥𝘰𝘰𝘳𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘱.”
“𝘖𝘩, 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘶𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘨𝘰 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘰 𝘚𝘦𝘳𝘣𝘪𝘢? 𝘈𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘚𝘦𝘳𝘣𝘴 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘶𝘱 𝘢𝘨𝘢𝘪𝘯? 𝘛𝘩𝘢𝘵’𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘢 𝘕𝘈𝘛𝘖 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘣𝘭𝘦𝘮 𝘦𝘪𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳. 𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘺’𝘳𝘦 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘢𝘤𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘕𝘈𝘛𝘖 𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯.”

Hanson is not being flip. He is describing a real shift in the American strategic posture. For 75 years, the deal was simple: 𝐀𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐄𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬. Europe spent its peace dividend on 32-hour work weeks, free college, and a carbon regime that deindustrialized its own economy. Meanwhile 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝟏𝟏 𝐨𝐟 𝟑𝟐 𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐎 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬 currently hit the agreed 𝟐% 𝐨𝐟 𝐆𝐃𝐏 𝐝𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 floor (NATO Secretary General’s Annual Report, 2025).
Germany spends 𝟏.𝟓𝟕%. Spain spends 𝟏.𝟐𝟖%. Italy spends 𝟏.𝟒𝟗%. And then European diplomats show up in Washington and ask where the American aircraft carriers are.
Hanson’s prescription is not isolationism. It is the exact opposite: “𝘞𝘦 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘥𝘶𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘣𝘪𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘭 𝘤𝘰𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯-𝘰𝘧-𝘵𝘩𝘦-𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘳𝘦𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘱𝘴. 𝘞𝘦 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘴𝘢𝘺 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘊𝘻𝘦𝘤𝘩𝘴, 𝘸𝘦 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘴𝘢𝘺 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘗𝘰𝘭𝘦𝘴, 𝘸𝘦 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘴𝘢𝘺 𝘵𝘰 𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮, 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵, 𝘸𝘦’𝘥 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘵𝘰 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘣𝘢𝘴𝘦𝘴 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘈𝘻𝘰𝘳𝘦𝘴. 𝘠𝘰𝘶 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘢 𝘣𝘪𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘭 𝘢𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵? 𝘉𝘦𝘤𝘢𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘕𝘈𝘛𝘖 𝘥𝘰𝘦𝘴𝘯’𝘵 𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘯 𝘮𝘶𝘤𝘩 𝘢𝘯𝘺𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦.”
In other words: 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐳𝐞𝐜𝐡 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬, 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐠𝐚𝐥 — 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐧 𝐝𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐟𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 get the American security umbrella. Germany, France, and Spain get to fund their own defense or talk to Moscow directly.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐭𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐝𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠. 𝐈𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐫𝐞𝐰𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐟𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐄𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐤𝐞𝐩𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐚 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐝. 𝐏𝐚𝐲 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐨𝐫 𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐮𝐩 𝐚 𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐥𝐞.

@drawandstrike This explains Obama always flying to London for meetings. He’s a traitor to this country and I hope more of his actions are exposed.

When you understand that the CITY OF LONDON CONGLOMERATE has been USING the Mullahs of Tehran as their SECRET PROXY STATE to extort trillions from the world to 'contain' the threat they created, in order to exert a massive amount of control over the movement of much of the world's energy resources, in order to tax and insure the shit out it all, you'll begin to grasp who TRUMP IS REALLY TALKING TO HERE.
He's not really talking to the Mullahs.
He talking to the people who CONTROL the Mullahs.

This is a moment that should not go unnoticed.
“It is an honor to serve under a leader who just proved that you can believe him when he says, no matter what, we will leave no one behind.”
CIA Director John Ratcliffe delivered one of the most heartfelt tributes to President Trump’s leadership ever spoken in public.
RATCLIFFE: “The professionals at the agency and at the Department of War deserve immense credit for their flawless execution during this daring mission.”
“Their skill, creativity, and courage are unmatched on the battlefield wherever they step.”
“But none of that matters, and all of that is wasted without a president with the political courage to put them into action.”
“Mr. President, I’ve had the privilege of seeing you act with political courage in the best interests of the United States up close on a daily basis.”
“And I’m grateful that this successful mission has given the American people a window into that as well.”
“The secretary and chairman will tell you that our service members confidence is boosted by a commander in chief who has their back the same way they have yours.”
“And I know that the confidence of CIA officers is boosted by the knowledge that their work is informing a president who’s not afraid to make the hardest decisions when the stakes are highest.”
“And to the American people, your confidence should be boosted by knowing that the security of the nation is in the hands of a president who’s willing to take on problems that have confounded both sides of the political aisle for nearly half a century.”
“It is an honor to serve under a leader who just proved that you can believe him when he says, no matter what, we will leave no one behind.”
“We will come for you.”
“Thank you.”
John Ratcliffe just paid one of the highest compliments a CIA Director can give a president.

I had Grok break down Trump’s EO, and there were some interesting points:
1) This EO includes the involvement of DHS creating state citizenship lists for every state. DHS’s role in election security is expanding.
2) Mail-in ballots are being reformed, with “unique intelligent mail barcodes”, and these ballots can only be mailed to citizens on the state citizenship lists created by DHS and SSA.
3) The order also directs the AG to prioritize investigations and prosecutions of election-related crimes, particularly related to distributing/collecting illegal ballots to/from non-citizens.
In conclusion, Trump is using DHS to secure elections via managing the voter rolls and preventing mail-in ballot fraud, while the DOJ has been instructed to prosecute any attempts to cheat.
This is what the Dems have been worried about the entire time. This is why they have been refusing to fund DHS and throwing a fit about ICE. It was always about election security.
