@northernassist All well and good, but people have plans, especially for the Lake District which will have to change short notice. And for staff crew being unavailable surely you should have on call staff. Such a poor service!

Still no information screens working at street level at Cheadle Hulme @northernassist. Been months. Apologies mean nothing without action. Please escalate. These should be in stock and quickly replaced. Most stations have them. Poor management and very poor customer service.

@CrossCountryUK you should be ashamed of the 18:01 service from Birmingham to Manchester today. Trips that you’ve cancelled before this one has left it impossible to move on board the journey due to the number of passengers. So unsafe on a day as hot as today. Embarrassing.

@CrossCountryUK There's a rule that states everything has to stop at Stockport. It dates back something like 100 years.

Thanks @chilternrailway for substituting the usual nice train out of Marylebone (637 for Stourbridge) for an absolute piece of rubbish, with no air con, no ability to get down the aisles, and graffiti everywhere - I travel with you a lot - this is not fit for purpose #sweaty

@northernassist quick question, with the continued reduced Sunday service, why are 3 car trains diagramed to run between Picc and Crewe during the day? A 4 car 331 would provide more seats & more space onboard. This 323 has just left Chelford and is rather busy.
