@casey__allen I totally get that but the Midwest in me still puts those in the 3 or 4... maybe even a 1, but never a 2.

@jronius the product or service was mostly ruined but they did one smaller thing super well.
So like an uber driver that drove a clean Tesla while driving like a crazy person.
Or a food delivery service that got me the food super fast but the order was all wrong and cold.
