@mitsloanexperts A5: They’ll be much more fluid. There’s not one best way to organize for digital. It sounds scary, but executives will have to experiment--using new management principles. What’s clear is that traditional hierarchies are not working--they’re too slow. #DesignedforDigital

@mitsloanexperts A3: No “big, old” company would claim they have finished their digital transformation (this is a transformation you’re never done with). But some great examples of companies with digitally inspired value propositions are Schneider Electric and Ferrovial. #DesignedforDigital
