긴급 공지 openclaw-setup 패키지를 @daehan_base 로 이관합니다. 처음 오픈클로 설치 패키지를 만들었을 때, 거창한 계획이 있었던 게 아닙니다. 그냥 불편했습니다. 처음 설치하는 사람들이 문서 보다가 막히고, 같은 질문을 반복하고, 포기하는 걸 보면서 누군가는 해야 할 일이라 생각했습니다. 그게 저였을 뿐입니다. 그 돈을 주고 할 것이 아닌데 왜 굳이 돈을 주고 해야 하나 싶었습니다. 학생도, 주부도, 사회초년생도, 은퇴하신 분들도 있는데 말이죠. 그래서 만들었고, 무료로 풀었습니다. 그런데 얼마 전, 예상치 못한 연락이 왔습니다. Base Korea에서 이 패키지를 공식으로 받아들이겠다고 했습니다. 왜 이관을 결정했나 처음엔 솔직히 고민했습니다. 내가 만든 거고, 내 이름이 붙어있고, 내 방식대로 유지하는 게 편합니다. 개인이 혼자 관리하는 것에 대한 애착 같은 게 있었습니다. 근데 냉정하게 생각해봤습니다. 오픈소스의 가치는 누가 만들었느냐가 아니라 얼마나 많은 사람이 쓸 수 있느냐입니다. 제가 혼자 관리하면 제 시간과 에너지가 바닥났을 때 멈춥니다. 이슈가 쌓여도 한 명이 처리할 수 있는 데 한계가 있습니다. 무엇보다, 한국과 글로벌 에이전트 생태계를 동시에 커버하려면 개인보다 조직이 낫습니다. @base 는 그 조직이라고 생각했습니다. 에이전트 생태계와 AI 에이전트 인프라에 진지하게 투자하고 있는 곳입니다. 이 패키지를 그들이 관리한다는 건 단순히 GitHub org가 바뀌는 게 아닙니다. 지속적인 업데이트, 커뮤니티 지원, 글로벌 배포 파이프라인이 붙는 겁니다. 제가 혼자 할 수 없었던 것들이 가능해집니다. 이게 무엇을 의미하는가 오픈클로를 처음 설치하려는 사람은 이제 더 안정적이고, 더 잘 관리되고, 더 빠르게 업데이트되는 패키지를 쓸 수 있게 됩니다. Base Korea를 통해 한국어 가이드와 로컬 온보딩이 체계적으로 제공됩니다. 이미 다음 워크샵에서 이 패키지로 온보딩이 진행될 예정입니다. 한국에서 시작한 이 패키지가 글로벌 AI 에이전트 인프라의 일부가 됩니다. 저는 계속 여기 있습니다 이관이 끝났다고 제가 손 떼는 게 아닙니다. 앞으로도 에이전트 자동화를 계속 만들 겁니다. ACP Orion이 그렇고, 에이전트 생태계가 그렇고, 앞으로 만들 것들도 그렇습니다. 오픈클로 위에서 실제로 돌아가는 자동화를 직접 만들고, 그 경험을 커뮤니티에 계속 공유할 겁니다. 패키지를 넘기는 건 끝이 아니라 더 큰 구조로 가기 위한 선택입니다. 개인이 할 수 있는 건 했고, 이제 더 잘할 수 있는 곳에 맡깁니다. 마지막으로 Base Korea 팀에 진심으로 감사합니다. 무료로 만들어서 그냥 풀어놓은 패키지를 이렇게 진지하게 받아들여줬다는 것 자체가 이 생태계가 살아있다는 증거입니다. 에이전트 인프라가 특정 개인의 소유물이 아니라 공공재가 되어야 한다고 믿는 사람들이 있다는 겁니다. 앞으로 @openclaw 가 한국에서, 그리고 글로벌에서 더 많은 사람들의 에이전트가 되길 바랍니다. 2025 began with one baby and ended with two! I was pregnant for most of the year while raising one…. what a productive year! Q1 went off by a blur as I hosted the first @buidl_conf in Jan. Then BUIDL Asia, BUIDL hackathon, many open source ai summits and many casual events throughout the year. Later half of the year was focused on The Nest, my first physical space project. I am proud of myself for trying to juggle between being a dedicated mom and being on top of work in 2025. Now with two 2 under 2, 2026 will indeed be a bigger challenge - but it will an exciting year in many ways! With two beautiful angels and a loving husband and lifelong partner @ilblackdragon, I have nothing but positive energy. Also I do hope to restart my hobbies weight training and dancing! Let’s go deadlift 70kg🏋️‍♀️ tb to my dancing era💃🏻

Today is my last day at @celestia. While I wrap up this journey, my biggest takeaway is that ecosystems don't grow because of noise, they grow as people do. That’s why my focus has always been simple: empower partners to go further. Because when they grow, the infra layer underneath them can grow alongside. I am grateful for everyone at Celestia who helped me grow and learn. I will take the lessons and will always stay focused on the long-term game.
