@cbehaviourist @anaesthetic_spr I would like to think that “old school” Nurses like me see the Nurse role as completely separate to that of a Dr role, our training is different and shorter, we should compliment and not replace Drs, any Nurse that thinks differently put patients at risk.

@js30765 @anaesthetic_spr Well said. As an ex-Royal Navy medic who was trained to look after all aspects of the health of sailors at sea, I never believed I had the knowledge of a Doctor. We now have Consultant PAs, ACPs, etc. The NHS has become a dangerous place.

As a senior nurse my role far outweighs doctors in training with the skills and qualifications I have 🤡

Woman filmed herself speeding and swerving for Snapchat – killed two people just THREE weeks after passing her test Liberty Mitchell, 21, from Chipping Norton, was driving her grey Mini Cooper at 96mph in a 60mph zone on the B4425 near Aldsworth, Gloucestershire, when she attempted to overtake three vehicles at once on December 2022. She aborted the manoeuvre too late, smashing into a taxi driven by Octavian Codreanu (who died at the scene) and passenger Moyra Whelan (a school teacher heading to a wedding), killing both instantly. Three other taxi passengers suffered horrific injuries including fractured hips, broken ribs, severe abdominal wounds and shattered bones; one survivor described endless trauma and survivor's guilt. Phone footage showed Mitchell gleefully filming herself speeding and swerving into oncoming traffic for social media, despite holding her licence for under three weeks. At Gloucester Crown Court, Judge Rupert Lowe sentenced her to six years and eight months (half in custody), branding her a "reckless and immature" teen with the "delusion" she was invulnerable; she was banned from driving for eight years and four months.

You win in my world, as she should have never given up her dog for any man . He should have accepted also the things she loved . The dog was discarded and you provided care and most of all unconditional love . The dog is not a ball to be tossed back and forth depending on their relationship and the poor dog deserves better . I am for the dog’s psychological stability . You can get a better friend as well .
