@tonyleen Obviously the laws put the onus on the tackler, but the ball-carrier is practically headbutt a defender. There needs to be a rebalancing if the concern really is player safety!

Rugby still has too many tackle/contact inconsistencies in its 'laws'. There is literally nought Craig Casey can do there other than get himself out of the way altogether. If that is a penalty, ok, but 'foul play' and a yellow card? Sort it. Nonsense.
