Kimi K3 is great but if the price is similar to gpt or Claude , they won’t get hype and can’t even preferred by devs. Yes you will say it’s free and open source, you can install it locally but be practical, not everyone can install such a large model locally. It’s not feasible for everyone to install it. One thing Chinese model got hype in the past is because of the price and that’s not the case with Kimi K3.
