New York City also leans toward a buyer's market with 20,706 homes listed, prices stabilizing, and sales up 5%. Luxury segments may still favor sellers, and future rate cuts could shift dynamics.

Redfin reports there are 34% more sellers in the market than buyers. At no other point in records dating back to 2013 have sellers outnumbered buyers this much.

In the meantime people like my neighbors are getting price gouged paying $14,000 dollars to put a post up to get power back up. This is truly outrageous and not sure how @TECOPeoplesGas and @GovRonDeSantis are allowing this. Clearly after a distaster, more help should exist.

Ok @TECOPeoplesGas I’m also extremely confused and worried for my mom as the process to fix this downed power line and the broken post where her meter is not clear. I’m hearing we have to find our own electrician to do it and all kinds of confusing things. My mother needs power.

Luckily I decided to show up and it happened to be at 23:10 and not the 01:25 it showed on the @Iberia website. Not a very good feeling to just guess at when a flight will take place!
