I’ve been far from being a Bungie yes man. I play content I enjoy until I don’t enjoy it any longer then move on. Like a reasonable person. Infact. I basically have more time in Marathon in a week than I do in the last year of Destiny. Simply because D2 didn’t resonate with me in the EoF era (renegades is pretty fun tho). If I’m a yes man, I’m pretty bad at being a yes man

@GhostOperations @Wario64 I just did. I use it so frequently. OLED is infinitely superior to crappy garbage LCD. Sick of looking at it everytime I use it. 90Hz VRR too. A bit lighter. Better battery. AI is gonna jack the prices up more. Inevitable price increases and supply crunch coming.

@ChrisGa78775867 @OBE1plays After seeing the performance on SW2, I decided to get it on PC instead. I can play at 4k60 on max settings on my desktop PC and 720p stable 30fps on Steam deck. Best of both worlds.

@OBE1plays having uncapped framerate when it doesn't even hit 60fps in normal gameplay is a bad decision. I would rather have it capped at a stable 30fps.

Wait, so Monster Hunter Stories 3 on Switch 2 actually hits 60fps uncapped? Impressive for an open world game! 60fps is the new norm! Will try to stream the demo later today.

@AesirMalos Capcom need to learn how to optimize better. I'm on PC so I can brute force it to 4k60 with max settings but it should run much better than it does on consoles, especially the PS5 and XSX.

@BigTimeDedede @monsterhunter That's surprising since it runs at a solid 30 fps on steam deck at native resolution. You can get it to run at unstable 60 fps with FSR but it doesn't look nearly as good. I'll roll locked 30 on SD and 4K 60 ultra settings on my desktop PC.

@carygolomb Have you had issues with your GPD G1 where the driver "times out"? I keep crashing with that error on both Usb4 and oculink. Trying to figure out the problem but haven't yet. I'm thinking of getting an oculink egpu dock and going with a 5070ti instead.

Good amount of I/O, LED strip and almost like their own faceplates for customization on the front. Two models 512GB and 2TB. Valve is onto something here, still need to see pricing details.

Undervolting increases performance because of using less power to hit a clock cap. Not because of less heat Heat is a byproduct Is less heat good? Yes Is that helpful? Also yes But it's not *the reason*

@Tomiply1 @carygolomb There's a reason it took a while for third party docks to work. They had to figure out the encrypted handshake Nintendo implemented. If they change that in the future it will brick 3rd party docks until they update them.

I'm just saying you judge Switch 2 for what it comes with. It comes with a dock that happens to boost it.

Sigh. Look Switch 2 is a great system even with some of its downsides. But this is Switch 2 in it's docked mode. If you are going to be this disingenuous, you might as well artificially crank all of the settings as low as possible on the PC side.
