I was in Sweden last week with ModX, HUD, ICC and others. I’ll post some pictures and information about the trip over the next few days. Let’s start here: Ambassador Ramanathan was gracious enough to invite us to his residence near the embassy, where he and others spoke about the importance of offsite construction in combating our housing crisis.

I just finished touring multiple colleges with my HS Junior kid. U of A ASU UCSB Pepperdine Chapman UCSD First off I'm not sure we are ready for our baby bird to leave the nest. Lots to think about during our Senior year of HS next year. Undecided but interests in business

You need to be having more sex. This is medical advice. Having sex less than once a month increases your risk of death by 2.3 TIMES. The sweet spot in the study was 2 to 3 times a week. Daily sex also was associated with a 3 times increase in all cause mortality.

I installed coin operated toilets in my rentals that use AI to control dynamic pricing. AI monitors use and increases pricing during peak poop time. Also has sensors that determine when tenants are cooking Mexican or Indian food and also adjusts surge pricing accordingly. Since doing this I’ve seen profits in these units increase 25%

Hi. Restaurant and coffee shop owner here. Almond milk runs 2.2x the cost of whole milk. Oat milk is 2.4x, macadamia is 4x and soy is ~2x. We charge more because it costs us more, not because all of us are engaged in a rightwing plot against people who prefer alternatives.

I’m a little fired up rn. We submitted for site plan on a 350 unit multifamily project in suburban Boston on 2/9. It was approved last night unanimously. We submitted our ENF to MEPA on 2/17 and got it approved 4/17 - apparently the first project in the state to use a new accelerated process. Come at me, bro

I spent a few days in Austin last week and I now understand the hype. I was shocked by the cheap real estate prices. Downtown is lively. Amazing Mexican food. Lots of housing inventory. Decent folks everywhere. Lots of jobs. The only cons I can really think of are the weather. Every time I have been it’s sucked. Last week was fog and rain. A few years ago was a giant freeze that made the power grid collapse. Also property taxes. Is there anything else I’m missing?
