Every additional 1% ⬆️ in NHS pay would cost £700m, the NHS in England spends over £9 billion on a temporary workforce, there is a way forward to give nurses a fair pay rise, reduce turnover & bring nurses back. @SteveBarclay please start negotiating /W @patcullen9 @theRCN
