most common questions I get asked: 1. my notice period is 60 days, will i ever get shortlisted? 2. how much salary jump can I expect? 3. what are the top trending roles for higher pay? 4. how can i go from services to a product based org? 5. do career gaps affect chances of getting shortlisted? 6. is there really a thing like ATS friendly resume? 7. where platform should i use to find roles? 8. how can i find the recruiter for a particular job? 9. how should i cold email/dm? 10. how can i answer when asked for expected salary? 11. how is the job market for 2026? 12. how can i find roles outside of India? ..and honestly, the list goes on. this saturday, i’m taking out 1 hour to answer these questions, practical advise from my experience. if you have a question, add it in the comments. if many people are interested, i can also do a short live on X or a quick gmeet session. do share it with folks who can benefit, happy job hunting :)

@mehaktwts One more thing to add, when there's diversity hiring, that mostly comes with pay parity. No one openly agrees to it and flaunts pay normalisation and stuff, but that there's. So be wise with negotiation 🤞 Might not apply for campus hiring but otherwise it definitely does.

@Priya_Kruthi There is another wonderful place at Birla Mandir, behind the temple in the premises near the canteen. It's built like a cave and they do rudra aarti (simple one) every evening which felt powerful when I attended.
