@BiblicalBeauty We've listened to the Shady Hollow series on long car trips and my teens to little one enjoyed it - series of 6 cozy animal murder mysteries - the most woke think was in book 2 the female fox reporter says she doesn't want to be a homemaker if she married the policeman bear.

Any recommendations for a quality book series for a soon-to-be 15 year-old girl that are enjoyable to read and aren’t woke, perverse, or otherwise cruddy in content? She has enjoyed books like Nancy Drew, Wingfeather Saga, and Chronicles of Narnia in the past.

@littleapostate I had to use a nipple guard for the first couple weeks and nursed all the time. The soreness and work at the beginning was an investment leading to about 2 years of easy breastfeeding. Weight gain was slow at first, and the ped told me to use formula. I didn't bc was gaining.

There's a guy at my local coffee shop taking up a four-person table. He has a laptop, an iPad, two phones, and a mechanical keyboard. He's nursing a single small drip coffee. I can see his screen and he's just scrolling Reddit. I ordered an iced latte and stood aggressively close to his table while waiting. I intentionally bumped his chair every time someone walked past. He glared at me, but I just smiled and pretended I was shifting my weight. When my drink was ready, I accidentally dropped my receipt directly onto his keyboard. I apologized profusely while taking far too long to pick it up. Before walking away, I let a single drop of condensation from my cup fall onto his spacebar. It's not much, but it's enough to make his next keystroke uncomfortable. If you treat a public cafe like your personal WeWork, you deserve a damp spacebar.

Friends- I need help. I keep getting TV/podcast invites from creators/channels that lean right, or are clearly on the right. I have NO issues with that- I’ll talk to anyone. But I NEED some left wing creators/channels to chat with for balance before I accept more. HELP!!!

@AlpacaAurelius I tell my kids, you really can eat what you want, it you make it at home and choose the ingredients, but if you eat whatever you want without being selective when you leave our house, you won't feel like this

theres a healthy version of everything we consider junk ice cream made with grass fed cream, egg yolks, maple syrup pizza made with sourdough bread, organic tomatoes, real cheese and pasture raised pepperoni cookies made with ancient flour, low heavy metal chocolate chips and butter chips made with organic potatoes and tallow this is how our grandparents ate...everything was just healthy
