@age_uk My parents, both late 70s in possession of all marbles, tried to bank transfer last week for second hand car. @LloydsBank refused it 3 times, repeatedly asking on phone for date of birth and ‘are you sure you want to’. I paid, no issue. Anyone else struggling with bank?

Sat here reflecting on yesterday’s @GtNorthPharmRes Conference. It’s the first time I’ve been asked to close an event, let alone one with over 200 delegates! Luckily I managed to just to keep the nerves under control.
