@virginmedia Your failure to restore historic emails is now becoming a major problem. Can you please provide some sort of indication how long this might take? It has been a week now.

@Martin__Brennan We have now restored the ability to send and receive emails for all affected accounts. Our teams are continuing to work flat out to restore historic emails into the inboxes of a small proportion of accounts. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

@virginmedia I had no access to emails from Sunday - Monday got some emails through (200+ duplicated emails) - all older emails and folders are missing. Main account email - which I don't use - is fine but secondary account (the important alias) is still scr3wed on Wed eve.
