It's worth listening to the recording just to get a sense of what generative AI is like in terms of voice conversations. Aside from a very slight lag time (which seems like the salesperson is just jotting down notes), I think most people would think they're talking with a person.

it's not trivial how different life is when you are present. conversations are richer, memories become more vivid, relationships grow deeper, your sense of self strengthens, you notice more beauty. when you get out of your head and into the moment, the world opens up to you.

Do any enterprise NLUs out there support intent > sub-intent hierarchies? For example, Intent: Ice cream Sub-intent: How to make ice cream I’ve only loosely heard about this concept in theory, and I don’t know of any platforms that support it.

A couple of days ago I picked up this book by @cpearl42 and I’m just so so in love.🥰 A year and a half ago I felt frustrated thinking about how my focus on pragmatics research can be useful outside of academia, but I’m now learning that there is so much that I can contribute to.
