@levelsio Codex has the superior model atm I hate switching all the time as well BUT opus 4.7 became almost unusable while it was the exact opposite before when opus 4.6 was beating codex heavily

ChatGPT kann ja meine Übungsaufgaben für Rechnerübungen in höheren Semestern ja mit ein paar Prompts schon länger ordentlich lösen. Aber wenn man Codex einfach nur das Übungsblatt gibt, wie der sich passende Beispielbilder aus dem Netz sucht, Sachen implementiert, auswertet, unzufrieden ist, noch einmal geeignetere Bilder sucht und am Ende eine perfekte Lösung und grafische Auswertung abliefert, ist schon noch einmal eine andere Nummer. In weniger als 10 Minuten hat man eine bessere Lösung, als je ein Student sie in 90 Minuten hinbekommen hat.

I'm a big fan of taxes IF they worked Like I'd be fine paying even 50% personal income tax but then I'd want: - high quality roads with walkable sidewalks - police, fire brigade, ambulance that shows up fast - police that enforces laws, arrests criminals and a justice system that actually punishes them and keeps society safe - police that's at your house fast to protect you when you get a burglar or criminal - healthcare system where I can get helped fast, no waiting lists with preventative care (free blood work every 6mo) - fast fully digital government system - fast gov in general, like fast building permit approvals etc But in most countries you get absolutely none of this now so why would people wanna pay tax then? It's like paying for a service but you get nothing back or the service doesn't work and you're forced to pay it and you can't do a chargeback either!

what are you trying to do? i find whenever i feel this, it's me who's been nerfed, not the models 😂 the problem is that if youre suggesting it does something which isnt very feasible, it will rarely push back and it just runs up a hill and keeps falling down if one model is being garbage and the other isnt, its likely the model. if all models from different providers are being garbage, its time to look at the constant (which in this case is you/me haha)

I think they nerved the models again. Both Claude Code @claudeai and Codex @OpenAI are in full retard mode today...
