Disgraceful @AmericanAir Flight 728 scheduled to depart Philadelphia yesterday, delayed 20 hours. My mother-in-law (87) and my sister-in-law lied to “all hotels full” left in the terminal all night and now all day offered a derisory $12 food voucher - regulators do your job!

Listening to @AVISPL VIBE: #futureofwork. @julianphillips was demonstrating how he was talking and clapping – but #AI was canceling the sound of the clapping. Ironically my dog started barking and didn’t hear what tech he was using for cancellation. Please tell!

@chris_neto I’ve said this many times before “get big, get niche, or get out”. There is a tremendous growth opportunity for small / medium sized AV integrators, but it probably requires careful strategic planning and focused execution. No prizes for staying as you are!

Q4 Small AV integration firms sold to bigger AV firms, & now many big firms have merged. Is AV integration now only a game for huge companies or is there still opportunity and/or reinvention for the small AV houses? Can buying groups assist the small firms compete? #AVInTheAM
