Imagine getting to interview one of the greatest minds of our generation. The richest guy in the world… and you spend the whole interview lecturing him on why he is wrong and telling him that people loathe him.
This is an embarrassment for legacy media.

The 2025 annual report for RTE, the utterly bust basketcase, dependant on taxpayer funding, will be published around noon.
Indo already the Top 10 "earners", image below.
Steve Carson, the husband of Miriam O'Callaghan (not shown, but on €244,797 in 2025) is on €276,282. For their entire married life, Miriam was always the #1, but in 2025, Steve has overtaken her.
Steve Carson + Patricia Monahan (on €269,055) were both recruited to replace one manager, Jim Jennings who was on around €240,000. So, RTE is shelling out €545,000 a year for two people who are doing the job done by one person on €240,000.
And look at wee Mari Hurley there, the former Fine Gael party trustee, who has been lucky to get subsequent roles with Nama, Irish Water and now RTE. On €276,344.

@Jklunden They don’t care. They’re going along with promoting an organisation which questions children’s gender identity and sexual orientation. Vile @SuperValuIRL

@NewstalkFM Well if e-scooters will have to have tax and insurance, surely the same for cyclists ?
English

Cyclists could be forced to put registration plates on their bikes and wear helmets and hi vis vests as part of a governmental road safety ‘clampdown’.
🚴♀️Road Safety Minister Seán Canney said the discussion over these enforcements have taken place, and will be given further consideration.
🗣️Dublin City Councillor for the Green Party, Ray Cunningham, said these suggestions are attempts from Minister Canney to ‘distract people from his own failures’ in relation to road deaths.
⚡️🛴This ‘clampdown’ on road safety follows plans to ban over-18s from e-scooters next month.

Tax and insurance will become a requirement for using an e-scooter, Tánaiste Simon Harris has said.
