Something went wrong at some point today. Despite doing my workout and 14 hours of admin work today I can’t seem to fall asleep…. I’m not even really tired and I have been awake since 630am… This isn’t normal… I didn’t even intend to do all that work… But I just never got tired and the time kept going by… So I just didn’t stop… Yeah I had my meals but then after that I just went back to my desk. Took a walk, then went back to it. Don’t know what went wrong… 😑
