@mattjcan Matt—who’s side are you on? NOT the farmers’ side—just your own side. You’re stirring the pot and making farmers more anxious. You KNOW full well these massive schemes take much longer than 2 weeks to roll out.

@mattjcan Such a poor Opposition Australia has. In times of global crises, Australian politicians should work together to get Australia through crises in the best way for all Australians and the country. Instead we have mealy, ignorant pollies telling BS and hate baiting. Poor effort!

@mattjcan After Canavan’s attempt to construct an issue about a flag being missing that was never missing in the first place - who knows if this latest post is full of bulldust too.

@AngusTaylorMP Any chance you might ever define what you mean by ‘Australian Values’, Angus? It’s been months now, and the phrase is starting to look like a polite euphemism for xenophobia dressed in a blazer and chinos.

Angus Taylor, you gutless bloody hypocrite time to admit you’re a straight up racist with bugger all original to offer. You’re just pinching Pauline Hanson’s One Nation garbage word for word, which makes you no better than that old bag herself. As Malcolm Fraser used to say, you’re another one scraped from the bottom of the barrel, racing to the bottom with this divisive crap. Non-English speaking migrants have been here since 1945 the wogs, the dagos, the Lebos, the Vietnamese, the lot and they were the backbone that built modern Australia. You walked the streets, drove the roads, worked the jobs, and grew up fat and happy on everything they slaved their guts out to create. Now you’ve been weaned off the public tit and need someone to blame for your own failures, you turn around and kick the very migrants who made this country what it is. Put Australians first? Pull your head in, mate. You’re just another silver spoon tosser trying to divide us for votes. Have a go at yourself.

@OneNationAus Barnaby’s right on that - I mean, he was part of the coalition that oversaw the closure of six refineries. The hypocrisy of this man is OUTSTANDING!

Barnaby Joyce has made it clear, both major parties have failed Australians on fuel security. We should have at least 90 days of fuel reserves, yet we’re falling short and relying heavily on overseas supply. Right now, regional communities are already feeling the impact. Farmers are struggling to access diesel, putting food production at risk. If crops aren’t planted, Australians will pay the price at the checkout. So why are we in this position? Bad policy. Overregulation and climate policies have driven away investment, shut down refineries, and weakened our ability to be self-sufficient. Instead of backing Australian industries, governments have made it harder for them to survive. One Nation believes it’s time to change course: -Build up Australia’s fuel reserves -Support local production and refineries -Cut red tape holding industries back -Prioritise national security and self-reliance Australia has the resources. What we need is leadership and common sense. If you’re tired of policies that put Australians last, it’s time to stand with One Nation. Australia's highly efficient rooftop solar & battery installers deserve a medal. Competitive with utility scale & much faster. As the war in Iran tests energy security around the world, any country with decent solar should emulate Australia & install lots of rooftop PV+BESS
Renew Economy@renew_economy

Here’s a stat to blow your mind. Australian #households are installing #batteries equal to 9% of the total storage capacity installed by #power companies across the globe.. reneweconomy.com.au/australian-hom…

@Matt_Camenzuli ‘Where have they been for the last four years?’ They’ve been proven correct, Matt. Because in the last four years there’s been no recession. Not a single quarter of negative growth. It must be miserable being you, constantly negative and hoping for the country to fail 🙄

Economists warn of recession... Where on earth have they been for the last 4 years? Record insolvencies in the real economy. A housing sector on its knees. Rocketing inflation. Intrest rate rises anyway. More like a depression.

THE FACTS: New IMF data shows that under Labor Australia has surged up global rankings for best budget management to have one of the three strongest balances in the G20. This is up from 14th under the Liberals and Nationals in 2021. People are under real pressure as a result of the conflict in the Middle East but thanks to the progress Australians have made together in our economy, we’re well placed and well prepared to confront it.
