@junaid18183 Not only MSEB it's with every Govt Body to have addressed the Citizen's grievances to maximum numbers recorded on their online complaint management systems. Closure means they have attended the complaint, resolution is not their concern that we need to have.

Sometimes I wonder if I'm secretly employed by MSEB's IT team as their QA tester. Every day, I log a power failure complaint that gets "resolved" without a word. They charge us fortune but can't provide basic uninterrupted power. #MSEB #PowerFail #PrideWorldCity #pune

I randomly came across this brand from Instagram advert and loved the purchase It's very spacious, has lots of pocket and can easily carry all the essentials and clothes for a week of trip. Nice cushioning at the back so even if it's heavy wouldn't be a burden. Quality seems to be good and I would rate it to be 5/5 for value.
