FYI for @porterairlines travellers freaking out about flights showing cancelled in app. Might be a glitch. After 30mins on hold agent said flights bw Feb 20 & early March are NOT CANCELLED. This explains no email. Suggested they email affected passengers while trying to resolve.

Can @porterairlines crew at YOW please get it together? This is my second trip here in under a month with EXCESSIVE UNREASONABLE wait times for bags to drop. 90 minutes last time and was busy told “around 45 minutes expected” today. What are staff doing that it takes so long?

@porterairwaysHR I will do that later tonight. I have to collect my bag and make my way to the train station. Compounding my frustration is the fact I flew reserve and while my bag was tagged priority, once again my bag was NOT one of the first to drop from the bags offloaded from this flight.

I am so utterly fed up with @Rogers #Shaw internet. In an effort to keep track of your endless service failures I’m going to create a new post every single time I notice my modem is offline. Note that this is AT LEAST the 20th time in a little over a month. Do better. NOW.

My modem has gone offline at least 25x since this post. Including 3x yesterday. Now I cannot get my pod back online. Oh and they increased my bill bc I didn’t want to lock into yet another 2-year contract that virtually guarantees they won’t even try to resolve my issues.

@RogersHelps I’ve had multiple tech visits, incl one with a tech & 2 senior supervisors. Nobody seems to know what’s going on or how to fix. Last visit was Dec 17th after which they were to send someone in cherry bucket to check pole behind my house. Can someone call me - your hold 🎵 sucks.

This is unacceptable. What exactly am I paying for here. Nobody else is home and no other device is using wifi besides my phone and a laptop. I can’t even watch a basic video. I want working wifi or my money back.

I am so fed up with @Rogers #Shaw internet. Can you please provide reliable consistent service? Why is this so hard? I have a premium plan yet wifi is slow or gone all the time. Conked out during my @onepeloton ride this AM for several minutes. Not a high usage household. FIX IT

@RogersHelps It’s the usual. Bars still showing on my phone, but nothing happens. Sometimes the modem goes orange, but module looks like it’s functioning when it is definitely not. That is where I lost it.

Yet another late @WestJet takeoff. No information provided. Sitting at gate for no apparent reason. Oh wait, they just announced they need to finish up some paperwork and load the bags that had to be dropped at least 75 minutes prior to our scheduled departure 🙄 Get it together.

Hi @WestJet Why bother having power outlets onboard when they never work? 8/10 flights and I fly a lot, they don’t work. Please do something or stop misleading ppl into thinking they can charge devices while flying with you. Super annoyed customer.

Thanks @WestJet for the multiple check in errors and 22 minutes of wasted time. Extra special is the instx not to call…for a flight leaving in less than 24 hours. If it’s a technical issue, say so. This is too vague. And how early should I get to the airport with this issue?
