A lot of coaches are going to post this with the narrative “tough coaching” to justify a lot of guys in football who have no emotional maturity & control issues.. this is, people connection. Knowing this works with her & “I believe in you” BIG DIFFERENCE

When a RB runs, he pumps his arms..arms lead his stride, decel, jukes/stiff-arms.. putting a ball in each hand kills all of that..then ,throwing a swiss ball when you could use a body to actually 👁️ on focus points on the defenders approach, kills the eyes. Just burning calories

Lesson for DB’s…so many times guys want to speed turn or snap the hip & completely pivot… when sometimes all you have to do is snap the head. When you snap that chin to the shoulder it will flip your body, won’t lose your line & you can track the WR/ball
