@FixingEducation Right. So how do we fix it?? We are losing teachers at an alarming rate and not helping students. Out in the “real world” there will be consequences for their behaviors. We (I use that term lightly) are setting them up for failure!

Schools are now structured so that the majority of student misbehaviors essentially have ZERO consequences and that’s horrible for schools overall…but especially for the students that are not misbehaving along with the teachers who can only tolerate so much.

Every time you put something positive into the Universe, the whole world changes. You have so much more power than you know.

We lost my mom yesterday. She was my best friend until my kids were born and was still the only person I could say anything to and not be afraid of judgement. I’ve had at least 10 things come up today that I wanted to talk to her about. I’m worried about my dad, married 55 years.
