Lindsay Clancy’s lawyers are setting the stage to plead insanity. Considering the allegedly premeditated nature of the crime, it is going to be a difficult argument to make. They say she planned it for weeks and had her husband run an errand to avoid being stopped by him.

Yes, I'm sure it resonated with him big time because of his 1/4 black daughter. That's the point. Thinks a basic parenting struggle is profound because life has not required him to engage with race in more substantive ways. (Also, given Maya Rudoph's hair and the fact that the child is 3/4 white, I am very skeptical that his daughters hair is different than many a white child's. But that's neither here nor there).
