Philippine schools have officially added Valorant to the Grade 10 curriculum under the Department of Education’s MATATAG program. Students study objectives, mechanics, agent roles, and strategies, while learning teamwork, communication, respect, and digital wellness.

social media became more media and less social, and it’s so hard to stay connected with your friends among ads, strangers, and ai slop sparkchat is the group chat that actually gets your friends to hang out together irl. it uses the group’s social memory to find the best time and place for your friends, and then makes it happen by adding it to everyone’s calendars live on the app store today 💥

How did @justinbanusing convince people in the Philippines to attend his EDM festival? He sourced creators from different regions in the Philippines, gathering a small group of 5–10 in each area to help promote the festival online. He also had a coach for these creators who followed viral formats to get as many views as possible. Additionally, he "clipped" these UGC videos. He uses the word "clipping" in a loose sense, hinting at remixing the videos and redistributing them.

The first decisions often shape the longest journeys. ✔️The first product choices. ✔️The first hires. ✔️The first customers. ✔️The first markets. ✔️The design choices and hard decisions that shape everything after. At Surge, we partner with founders at this stage, with up to $5M in seed funding, dedicated investment team, company-building support and a community built for the early journey. If you’re building something truly ambitious, we’d love to hear from you! @madhavchanchani writes about Surge, our approach to seed investing, and what’s next in @thearc_hq . there's nothing more i dread than hitting the call button... the gap between AI that talks and AI that does is where the next wave of real value lives and imo voice is one of the most underrated frontiers of that shift. just think about how much of the world still runs on phone calls that no one actually wants to make. booking appointments. following up on a quote. confirming an order. chasing a reschedule. handling a routine customer request. each one feels trivial but together they're a massive tax on time and attention esp for businesses. that's what makes @Heycalle interesting. it takes a task end to end: you hand it an objective, it makes the call, works the dialogue, and tries to get the outcome. that "last mile" of actually executing is the hard, valuable part. and the surface area is enormous e.g. customer support, scheduling, reminders, sales, collections, verification. CALL-E is also running its first virtual hackathon in July. Great way to build with voice AI and geek out with people thinking about agents virtually!
Wesley@Ambani_Wessley

AI tools are getting to the point where they don't just talk anymore — they can actually do things for you. @Heycalle is basically an AI that makes phone calls on your behalf. You give it a task like booking something, following up, handling a customer request, and it takes care of the call and tries to get it done. What I find most interesting is how many real-world workflows are still stuck on phone calls — support, scheduling, reminders, sales — that feel small individually but add up fast. If you're interested, CALL-E is hosting its first virtual hackathon in July! It's a great chance to learn, build with voice AI, and connect with others who are curious about AI agents. Perfect for devs, operators, no-coders, and curious minds alike. Watch as I direct CALL-E to casually call me and give me an emotional support Learn more here 👉 heycall-e.com
