Can OT help identify non-pulmonary drivers? Yes. In partnership with @HoneyBadgerEP, HD Grid has been used to consistently identify drivers. The vector correction during AF allows for precise mapping. The vector arrows also expose low voltage zones due to wavefront collision.

Fun #EnSiteX tip with images courtesy of @OneBurnJuan. We had a challenging CTI with a prominent Eustachian Ridge. We were able to visualize the ridge with EnSite X and ablate with the inversion technique to get CTI block. Only later did we visualize the ridge with ICE. #EPeeps

Our first focal AT on #EnSiteX with #OT. Even within LAT color bands, the OT vector arrows pinpointed the focus at the lateral tricuspid valve. You can see the starburst pattern emanating from the white lesion marker (2mm diameter). 🌟 #HDGrid #OnlyWithOT #EPeeps
